Avocado Toast

Half avocado sliced on Whole grain toast. At least 30 minutes before workout.

1 Hard boil Egg

Bring to a boil 1 inch of water. Place egg for 14 to 15 minutes.

Banana oat meal

slice banana in oat meal.

1 Cup of berries

blue berries, strawberries, black berries or mixture.
